  I have been an EE customer for a year only because of their exclusive access to the Pixel Phone, For this store specifically I rate them 2 star not EE themselves as a provider.
  
  Initially I called EE about an upgrade, which I was then advised that the offer will be valid for 1 week, and that I can go in store to accept this.
  
  On a Sunday there was only 2 staff so the wait was long to be seen by anyone. Got the questions answered however.
  I returned on a Tuesday 24/10/17 (So EE can pinpoint the "Sales Guy") to then go ahead with the deal at which the only male staff there at the time was to assist me.
  
  I explained the scenario and wanted to confirm how much was left on account to pay off to upgrade which he advised wasn't what I offered, then continued to state that he can't process offers that were made on the phone.
  
  Annoyed that he didn't make any effort to keep the business, I went home, called EE which advised they can give a new quote that will only last for 24 hours and then confirmed that any store can continue with any offers made over the phone.
  
  So he basically full on lied, saying it was a change they made last week, which clearly wasn't. Wasn't interested processing an order he can't get commission on is more like it.
  
  EE Perth/Pointless, stick the phone or internet deals and do not waste fuel and parking money coming here.
